Additional Requirements

Clean the machine and production area.
Check all units of machine before starting the machine.
Operate the machine as per operating procedure manual.
Ensure quality production from starting up to finishing and make necessary adjustment if needed.
Ensure higher productivity with wastage control is a must.
Investigate machine stoppages and ensure proper maintenance/ troubleshoot of all machine units when required.
Maintain log sheet/log register/control sheet/glue spreading sheet on daily production.
Ensure completion of the batch and control the work process.
Ensure batch return & raise supplementary requisition if necessary.
Report to shift in charge about total production status including breakdown and run time and rejection.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
