Oversee the scheduling of surgeries and manage the allocation of resources.

Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sterilization, and availability of surgical instruments and equipment.

Train, mentor, and manage OT staff, including nurses and technicians.

Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance patient safety.

Prepare and manage the OT budget, including inventory control and procurement of supplies.

Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during surgical procedures.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
