Ensure all medical and non-medical supplies are stocked and available for OT procedures.

Generate and process patient billing for OT services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.

Verify patient insurance information and manage claims submission.
Address patient inquiries related to billing and provide clarity on charges and payment methods.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding bills and coordinate with the accounts department for collections.
Maintain proper records of all billing activities and prepare financial reports for the department.

Supervise and support the billing team, ensuring high standards of billing accuracy and efficiency.
Review complex billing cases and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Develop and implement billing procedures and guidelines to streamline operations.
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, administration, insurance) for seamless workflow.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and any legal or regulatory standards.
