Experience with Cloudiness Industrial ERP system and planning software a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus.
Experience in a medical device or in a pharmaceutical production area.
Solid leadership experience resulting in sound functional understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes.
Candidate must have experience in packing in charge position, minimum 5 years.

Monitoring packing operations to ensure correct quality standards.
Maintain the packing plan and all packing records.
Ensure that the packing material is ready and available as per the production plan.
Deployment of manpower as per packing target.
Ensure that the packed material has zero defects.
Ensure daily packing target and achieve this through proper supervision.
Optimum use of packing with minimum waste.
Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labelled and delivered according to the delivery time.
Coordinate with the production and R&D study reports in each of the quality aspects.
Maintaining hygiene systems and minimizing non-usable waste.
Monitor the weight of dispatch material in the vehicle.
Ensure that all packing-related activity is on time and cost-efficient.
