Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring packing operations to ensure correct quality standards.
- Maintain the packing plan and all packing records.
- Ensure that the packing material is ready and available as per the production plan.
- Deployment of manpower as per packing target.
- Ensure that the packed material has zero defects.
- Ensure daily packing target and achieve this through proper supervision.
- Optimum use of packing with minimum waste.
- Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labelled and delivered according to the delivery time.
- Coordinate with the production and R&D study reports in each of the quality aspects.
- Maintaining hygiene systems and minimizing non-usable waste.
- Monitor the weight of dispatch material in the vehicle.
- Ensure that all packing-related activity is on time and cost-efficient.
