Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a National NGO with Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC and UNESCO. It works for the social and spiritual development of the community. Founded with the motto of ‘Divine and Humanitarian Service’, over 65 years, DAM has been serving the human community for improved living conditions, enhancing people’s capacities in multi-dimensional field programs and inner potentials.

Dhaka Ahsania Mission is implementing the project in the name Drop In Centre for Street & Working Children and Night Shelter in Dhaka City with the financial support of DAM-UK and Read Foundation, January 2019,at Mohammadpur and Jatrabari in Dhaka City.Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions for immediate appointment in an ongoing project.

Project Name: Drop In Centre for Street & Working Children & Emergency Night Shelter For Girls Project.

Duty Station: Mohammadpur Project Office

Paramedic: Responsibilities: .

Prepare work plans and reports.
Regular check-ups of children (height, weight, and nutrition).
Make special arrangements for malnourished children.
Update health information in children’s profiles.
Blood grouping of children.
Ensure primary health care and maintain health card information.
Prepare reports of children’s sessions.
Communicate with parents and conduct health sessions.
Give initial prescriptions for physical illnesses of children’s family members.
Refer children to various health institutions for health services due to physical illnesses.
Prepare reports of all activities.
Perform all tasks as directed by higher authorities.
. Must complete the day’s work and submit the work report to the supervisor before leaving the workplace
Wear the prescribed clothes while on duty
Maintain a supportive work environment by behaving well with everyone at the workplace and maintaining good relations.
Follow other instructions of the higher authority in the interest of the organization and the project.
Work overtime in the interest of the project.
Collect/save information in various registers and formats and assist in preparing reports;
Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable, and effective referral system.
Focuses on the result for the client and responds positively to feedback.
To undertake any other assignment given by the DAM Management,
Maintain liaison with other health care organizations/institutions.Quality women are encouraged to apply
