Responsibilities & Context

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the park;
• Ensure that all operations are carried out with standards;
• Supervise support staff to maintain seamless service delivery;
• Monitoring Ticket counter, rides sales operations;
• Handle operational issues, emergencies and customer complaints in a timely & professional manner;
• Supervise & coordination with daily labor, park cleaner, gardener, security, ticket counter & ride sales;
• Responsible for all operations in absence of Park Operation Manager;
• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
