Responsibilities & Context
- Capacity Monitor·
- Materials Arrangement and loading balancing Strategic micro planning by floor wise.
- Materials checking for coming week loading.
- Daily production achievement monitor.
- Prepare, communicate & ensure all assigned T & A has been followed to ensure the production schedule.
- Follow up cutting & sewing materials from ETD to In House date.
- Maintain communication with the Macro planning team for any updated information. Prepare Dummy production plan & update materials ETA as well as production package status based on CPC & PMC team information.
- Clear knowledge about upcoming two (02) months order status.
- Monthly line performance report·
- Monthly consolidation report Etc.
- Prepare Monthly cutting loading report as per production plan.
- Arrange Samples for coding and review meetings before the 15th of every month and based on this make the plan.
- Weekly line performance report·
