Education

  • Honors and Master Degree with B. Ed from public university or renowned university and College.

Additional Requirements

Job brief

We are looking for a new Principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day school operations .
  • Manage school logistics and budgets.
  • Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula.
  • Monitor and report on teacher performance.
  • Present data from school performance to board members.
  • Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching .
  • Interview and hire school personnel.
  • Review and implement school policies .
  • Provide guidance and counseling to teachers.
  • Handle emergencies and school crises.
  • Organize school events and assemblies.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules).
  • Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.
  • Implement clear processes for curriculum analysis, lesson planning and execution, and data analysis.
  • Provide oversight for scheduling, academic programming, and other administrative activities.
  • Work with the school leadership team to develop, implement, and maintain details on processes for discipline, morning meetings, classroom culture, and more.
  • Develop a system for tracking school culture, analyzing data regularly, and defining action plans
  • Adhere to the school’s annual operating budget for all academic and student life programs.

Objectives of this role:

  • Create a culture of excellence, teamwork, and collaboration among staff, faculty, students, families, and the academic community
  • Drive teachers’ growth by facilitating goal setting around classroom culture, curriculum development, lesson creation and execution, and data analysis.
  • Establish and model behaviors that promote high expectations for students, staff, and faculty.
  • Work with teachers to constantly assess and improve student achievement results.
  • Compile measurable data about academic growth and development, and communicate data regularly to superintendent and community members.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with all local and national funding sources.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Monthly honorarium would be 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand). If you can achieve your minimum target, 20% honorarium shall be increased. And thus monthly salary will be 1,00,000/- (One lac) within 4 years if you can bring out a radical change and 500 to 600 hundred students.
  • Some other benefits are available that are negotiable.
