Candidates with B. Arch. from BUET, KUET, CUET, AUST, BRAC, UAP, AIUB and other reputed universities will be given preference

Experience

5 to 8 years

Additional Requirements

5-8 years’ experience in relevant field
Clear Knowledge about FAR, DAP, BNBC and other related rules and regulations & calculations of RAJUK
RAJUK & IAB membership is preferable
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
Design related software skill

Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

Must have conceptual approach to creative designs
Must have capability to work on the design of multiple projects (8-12 projects at a time)
Well experienced in Auto CAD, Photo shop, Corel draw and 2D,3D studio Max/Sketch up/Lumion
Monitoring and communicating with the superiors for professional feedback
Well experienced in site supervision & finishing work
