Education

• BSc in Textile Engineering/Graduation in any other discipline.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Must have good knowledge about textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, dyeing colors and fabric finishing types.
• Must have good communication skills and Microsoft office skills.
• 1 to 2 years in PD/R&D Fabric or Garments

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee and monitor the progress of all ongoing product development projects.
• Participate in all aspects of product development, from concept to production, including sampling, prototyping, and quality control.
• Track, manage, and review samples to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Take proactive measures to address conflicts and delays that may arise during the sampling process, collaborating with various teams for solutions.
• Ensure the availability of fabric and stitching accessories required for sample production.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Skills & Expertise

Fluency in English and Hindi

Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)

MS office
