Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel for data analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Planning Manager to oversee our production planning, inventory control, and material management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production schedules, optimize resources, and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize material procurement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Analyze demand trends and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, and cost management.
