Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators, monitor production efficiency, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met on time.

Enforce quality control standards and ensure products meet company specifications.

Train and manage production staff, ensuring they follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams.

Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and any operational challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

4+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.

Experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
