Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare and execute production plans based on order quantities and delivery timelines in coordination with planning and merchandising teams.
• Lead and supervise the entire production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.
• Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement cost-saving measures, reduce waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure all products meet buyer specifications and standards.
• Arrange training programs to improve workers’ skills and introduce modern production practices.
• Provide regular production reports and analyse performance data for continuous improvement.
• Act as a key link between top management and production units, ensuring smooth communication and execution of directives.
