• Experience in production management in a woven garment’s factory, specializing in bottom items.
• Proven track record of working with international buyers such as VF Corporation (Vans, Dickies, Timberland), H&M, or similar brands.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities & Context

Production Oversight:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to ensure timely delivery and meet buyer specifications.

Efficiency Management:

• Optimize the production process, line balancing, and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, motivate, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet buyers’ quality expectations.

Compliance Adherence:

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, ethical practices, and sustainability guidelines.

Communication:

• Act as the primary contact for buyers, addressing their technical and production-related queries.

Cost Control:

• Manage production costs while ensuring efficiency and minimizing wastage.
