Additional Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a technical role in a woven garment’s factory, with expertise in bottom items production.
Proven track record of working with buyers such as VF Corporation, Bestseller, H&M, and similar global brands.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and production machinery.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Product Development & Execution:

Oversee the technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with design, pattern, and sampling teams for efficient product execution.

Production Oversight:

Lead and manage the technical team across all 30 production lines to maintain quality and efficiency.
Implement best practices to improve production techniques and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products meet the technical and quality standards of buyers like VF Corporation (Vans, Timberland, Dickies), H&M, and other clients.
Monitor pre-production and in-line quality control to minimize defects.

Team Management:

Train and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure collaboration between production, merchandising, and quality assurance teams.

Compliance & Standards:

Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, technical audits, and industry standards.
Stay updated on global technical trends, production technologies, and compliance measures.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

Address and resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production stages.
Work proactively to prevent potential production disruptions.
