Responsibilities & Context

Location:- Shibrampur, Faridpur

Duty And Responsibility

• Strategic planning & Budgeting preparation of project proposal and cost analysis
• Prepare & manage the plant budget
• Contribute to long term production planning and innovation strategy
• Plant operation management
• Over see daily production activities ensuring optimal performance
• Implement and monitor KPI’s for production, quality, cost and safety
• Maintain plant efficiency, red use down time and maximize output
• Process team work and ensure discipline across departments
• Ensure proper formulation maximize and processing of chemical products
• Identify and resolve technical issues in production process.
• Continuously improve manufacturing process for cost efficiency and quality
• Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Compliance – Enforce adherence to environment Health and safety standards
• Conduct period safety periodical safety deals and audits
• Ensure the plant complaint with local and international chemical safety regulation
• Quality assurance
• Ensure Finished Products made quality standards.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department to address deviations or customer complains
• Facilitate audits
• Inventory & reserve management
• Monitor raw material usage stock levels & products
• Regulatory & legal Compliance
• Maintain licenses and permits for hazardous material handling.
• prepare and submit reports to government of regulatory bodies.
• Coordination with top management
• report operational performance to the company senior management of board
• Crisis management
• Handle emergency situations life chemical spills, fire, incidents or equipment failures
