Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
Experience in operating nut and bolt forming machines will be given preference.
Should have deep knowledge of die setting.
Should be capable of performing die repair using lathe and welding machines.
Should be capable of solving any type of troubleshooting related to nut-bolt die setting and other errors.
Basic understanding of CNC operations is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
Operate and maintain nut and bolt forming machines.
Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues in the production line.
Perform die setting and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.ยท
Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance of machines.
Monitor production output and suggest process improvements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company production policies and standards.
