Responsibilities & Context
GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.
Major Responsibilities:
Oversee overall project implementation and ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
Coordinate with the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Develop and manage the project work plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and funders.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the field activities and timely submitting progress and financial reports to the PMU.
Maintain high-quality coordination with local, regional, and National level stakeholders.
Lead the recruitment process in the Project team whenever the case arises to hire new staff to manage the projects.
