Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Educational Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline, Preferably Media or English), Master’s Degree(optional)
– Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or first class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
– Professional Certification: Diploma or short course on Computer literacy and training in MS Excel and MS Word will be given preference.
Experience

Social media branding experience will get preference .
Responsibilities & Context
- Discharging administrative duties of the office as required by the management.
- Responsible for ongoing program arrangement, workshop and branding.
- Drafting formal reports and letters as per the Instruction of the concerned authority.
- Any other duties as and when entrusted by the Management.
- Assisting in organizing annual events and implementing educational, cultural, and other events, annual recreational tours, etc. under administrative management.
- Arrange meetings and organize travel arrangements for company personnel.
- Responsible for company and school filing and online implementation.
- To ensure compliance with staff rules, financial rules, and implementing instruments/authority.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management.
