Additional Requirements

The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Must be know Autocad.
Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package.
Must be able to handle projects independently.
Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Be able to manage large construction project independently, in terms of both engineering supervision and man-management.
Ensure quality control of actual work and materials used in different phases of work.
Maintain day to day contact and coordination of client and/or consultants, if any, for implementation of the project.
Provide periodic report, both verbally and in written to the top management for planning and implementation of the project.
Ensuring the project delivers to the agreed standards and specifications, often through testing and quality assurance practices.
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project technical documentation and reports.
Able to prepared BOQ of construction project.
