Requirements

Education
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, CSE, or relevant field from any reputed university.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Demonstrates exceptional patience and competence in managing high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in understanding, interpreting, reproducing, and identifying issues, with the ability to perform comprehensive root cause analysis.
  • Highly computer literate, capable of independently producing various analytical reports and statements.
  • Holds strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective coordination with team members and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve complex issues.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Initiate, plan, implement, and monitor new projects or enhance existing operational models. This includes involvement in new product development, system and process improvements, and innovation in daily operations.
  • Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement, driving the development and trial of new ideas to optimize service operations.
  • A key player with robust knowledge in ERP, different ISO standards, Service of Home Appliance and IT product service within warranty and out of warranty period.
  • Develop and manage both long- and short-term project plans, set milestone targets, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Make informed decisions when presented with multiple options for advancing service operations.
  • Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes and aligning them with company goals.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and contribute to overall team success.
  • Generate insights with excellent reporting and presentation skills to communicate project status and results.
  • Exhibit strong team leadership skills, driving the team towards achieving challenging targets with a positive and motivating approach.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adopting new processes and implementing them promptly.
  • Maintain a resilient mindset, despite challenges, and view vendor certifications as a competitive advantage.
