Additional Requirements

- Professional working experience in monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
- Good skill in documentation and report writing in English. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Power Point;
- Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women’s rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work.
- Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.·
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context

Nari Maitree is looking for skilled and ambitious professionals for our Humanitarian Response team in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar.

Under the supervision of Project Coordinator, implement the project activities in line with the project’s objectives, timeline, compliance and budget.

Preparing details implementation plans for completing assigned tasks on time.

Foster strong relationships with FDMN communities, host communities, and local authorities through regular communication, consultations, and participatory approaches to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to assistance.

Conduct survey to identify adolescent girls, boys, women and men for training on GBV prevention interventions.

Prepare and conduct sessions with community members following the Girl Shine Early Marriage curriculum, EMAP, SASA! Together and Community Outreach.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports, including narrative updates and quantitative data, to share with donors, partners, and relevant authorities.

Identify capacity gaps within the volunteers’ team and provide targeted training and support to build the skills and knowledge of volunteers.

Other tasks as assigned by the line manager/Project Coordinator.
