Must have knowledge of quality management system.
Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process.
Must have experience working as a QMS.
Fluently written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be able to manage audits.
Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.

To monitor production processes to ensure that factory machinery and people produce garments in accordance with buyer and company and requirements.
To oversee production and quality team, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly.
To review the work of subordinates who inspect products for functionality and conformance to specifications.
To serve as a liaison to production staff, explaining the results of quality control procedures.
To develop, implement and maintain quality management systems.
To create standard operating procedures for the specific plant in which they work.
Must be able to make weekly presentation to management on Production Unit performance.
Effective CAP to take and to implement for top 5 defects determined by daily/weekly defect analysis.
