Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Currently we are looking for eligible candidates for the position “Quality Control Officer” for our Production and Quality control department, where the incumbent will be responsible for production and QC activities of Anfords Bangladesh Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.
- Daily Analysis of Raw materials, packaging materials and finished product analysis as per assignment.
- Oversee Batch preparation as per MOM.
- Ensure calibration, the appropriate validations of process, cleaning, analytical method, machinery / equipment etc.
- Do controlling of laboratory reagents & prepared working standard with proper documentation.
- Ensure testing of specimen sample for vendor selection & commercial purchase and any return goods.
- Ensure analysis of complain sample with corresponding retention sample.
- Ensure first time quality and follow up to update GMP requirements.
- Handle Compliance and Regulatory issues.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
