To strengthen our operations and uphold our reputation for excellence, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Controller.

•  Oversee the entire laundry and dry-cleaning process to ensure strict adherence to BESTCLEAN’s quality standards.
•  Inspect garments, linens, and fabrics after washing, drying, ironing, and finishing to detect stains, damage, or poor workmanship.
• Approve or reject finished items based on quality benchmarks and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Monitor chemical usage, washing formulas, and finishing techniques to maintain fabric integrity and color retention.
•  Collaborate with operations staff to resolve service inconsistencies and improve process flow.
• Train and guide team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices for textile care.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformities, and resolutions for reporting to management.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve service standards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards within the laundry facility.
