Good communication and problem-solving skills
Our Laundry is at our sister concern, Holiday Inn Resort, Meghla, Bandarban. Mentality to work there.

Manage the daily operations of the laundry facility, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
Supervise, train, and schedule laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs as needed
Maintain inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and linens; place orders when necessary
Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure all items are cleaned to specifications
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Prepare operational reports, including usage trends, productivity, and cost control
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally (if applicable)
