Job Summary

As a Quality Controller in the Sales Department, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of client interactions, bookings, and customer service provided by the sales team. Your key role is to ensure that sales activities align with company standards, procedures, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales operations to ensure adherence to standard procedures and company guidelines.
• Review and evaluate client interactions (calls, emails, messages) to assess quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify gaps in service quality and recommend actionable improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality control checklists and evaluation forms.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
• Assist in training new team members on quality standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement best practices for consistent client satisfaction.
• Prepare quality reports, metrics, and performance analytics for departmental review.
• Ensure all client bookings, payments, and follow-ups are handled professionally and accurately.
• Support compliance with legal and travel industry standards.
