Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement;
Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.
Set the Quality standards and drive the Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance;
Prepare a quality action plan and arrange Risk assessment PP, Pilot, First Bulk, and meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments, and analyze results;
Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plans and analysis results;
Conduct quality audits daily basis and submit reports to the Unit Head of the department;
Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.
Prepare the factory for technical/Quality Audit
