Responsibilities & Context

Context :

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for an R & D Manager leads research and development efforts, overseeing the development of new products, processes, or technologies, and ensuring projects align with company goals and market demands.

• Run according to company & brand level sustainable goals·

  Create a process capable, technically viable, premium, value added & cost-effective fabric in order to meet customer requirements/ specifications and right first-time manufacture:

• Direct the team on new product Innovation, based on market trend, customer sample/specification analysis
• Clarify and advise on technical queries to customers
• Liaise with suppliers in obtaining technical information
• Discuss with process managers when necessary to finalize the best process route for new product development
• Guide and motivate the Product design & innovation team.
