Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Engineering in IT/B.Tech or Masters in any IT degree would be a plus.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Advertising Agency, Architecture Firm, Amusement Park, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• 8-10 years of IT recruiting experience (for any country would work)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 pm – 4:30 am).
• 3-5 years of team management experience (should have managed 15-20 recruiters/employees directly)
• Should be able to coordinate and work well with US and India team and takes directions very well.

Responsibilities:-

• Screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Assess technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
