Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dexian Bangladesh Ltd. This is an onsite position based in Dhaka City.

Location: Onsite, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Working Hours: Night Shift (8:00 pm – 5:00 am)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.- Assess technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
