- Must be flexible with working in nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Optimize RTC Utilization
- Ensure the efficient use of Regional Training Center (RTC) facilities, including the conference hall, guest house, and dormitories, through effective booking and reservation management.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Guarantee the effective and efficient operation of the RTC by maintaining strong relationships with current clients and identifying potential clients across various sectors.
3. Promotion and Support
- Contribute to promoting RTC services by supporting national and international NGOs, the corporate sector and collaborating closely with potential clients.
4. Coordination and Financial Self-Reliance
- Maintain effective coordination with local national and international organizations and the corporate sector to market training services and work towards making the center financially self-reliant.
5. Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with Partner NGOs, CBOs, government departments, donor agencies and other stakeholders to strengthen networking and inter-agency collaboration for the effective services of Regional Office and RTC activities.
6. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and preserve all necessary reports, documents and other materials as assigned by the supervisor or management.
7. Property Management
- Undertake necessary measures for renewing and updating house rent agreements for rental RTCs. Ensure all bills, taxes, and documents related to lands, buildings and other properties of NGO Forum for Public Health are updated and accurate.
8. Representation
- Attend all NGO coordination meetings organized by the District Commissioner’s office, as well as conferences and events where appropriate.
9. Marketing Oversight
- Strongly oversee all marketing activities, including those related to the dining/guest room. Ensure a minimum of two team members are involved in marketing-related activities and that all purchases are done as per the approved requisition.
10. Accounting and Monitoring
- Ensure and monitor proper accounting records through the accounting software. Implement effective monitoring tools and techniques for managing cash receipts, billing, disbursements, expenses and deposits including VAT & TAX.
