Responsibilities & Context

• Cosmo Consumer Products Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company, proudly promoting its flagship product Jonaki Mosquito Coil—a trusted name in household mosquito protection.
• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will drive the growth of our brand, lead regional sales teams, and ensure execution excellence in assigned territories.
• Lead and manage the regional sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor both primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent growth across all sales channels.
• Conduct regular market visits, assess distribution health, and provide guidance to Distributors, TSMs, and DSRs for improved sales performance.
• Actively participate in the formulation and execution of sales strategies, promotions, and trade schemes.
• Organize and conduct monthly/quarterly sales review meetings, analyze performance gaps, and initiate corrective measures.
