Responsibilities:
- Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
- Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.
- Train the Sales Representatives (SR).
- Prepare the reports and submit it to the RM on a regular basis.
