- Propose new and potential dealership and showroom for assign region
- Establish and nurture key relationships with all sales channels to ensure the growth success.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Implementation of sales techniques to achieve targets
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide input for product development and pricing strategies based on regional insights.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales team effectiveness.
- Coordinate with dealership owners and sales teams to address operational issues and optimize performance.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
