  • Chromatographic product line (GC, GCMS-HS);
  • Inorganic product line (AAS, ICP/MS);
  • Spectroscopy product line (UV, FTIR);
  • Thermal Product Line (DSC, TGA);
  • Experience in sales;
  • Must have good communication skill in English with proper accent;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in MS Excel;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
  • Fast learner and passion for sales;
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Candidate must have the experience in the Chromatographic product line (GC, GCMS), Inorganic product line (AAS, ICP/MS) and Spectroscopy product line (UV, FTIR) and Thermal product line (DSC, TGA);
  • Provide sales leadership and vision, accurate revenue forecasts for effective business planning and growth by directing the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the team;
  • Coordinate & communicate with Foreign principals successfully fulfill their expectations on-time;
  • Main responsibilities Increase sales volumes, achieve, and possibly overachieve the sales targets on his/her territory in respect of PKI strategy;
  • Coordinate training (product/sales/application) of sales teams and customer base to achieve corporate objectives;
  • Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through product and services;
  • Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.);
  • Coordination/Teamwork with supply chain, Service and Application teams to ensure fulfillment of order to customer satisfaction;
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing customer accounts within Bangladesh;
  • Facilitate in solving customer problems by assuring cross functional coordination;
  • Provide and maintain account mapping on all accounts and maintains accurate customer and prospect information;
  • Listen to customer requirements and prepare presentations appropriately to make a sale;
  • Close sales opportunities and regularly update Sales Forecast of sales team.
