- To be responsible in Distribution, Sec. & Pri. Sales. Product wise / SKU wise for the total region.
- Meet the Set Target of the Co. in terms of Distribution & Vol./ Val.
- Effectively utilizing down the line Team.
- To keep close watch on competitions & Plan to counter.
- Business Plan in advance as desired by the Co.
- Reporting as per norms Weekly / Daily/ Monthly.
- To make Business Healthy need to keep watch on the Investment return of the Dist.
- To train Down the line to develop their skill.
