Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for Regional SME Sales
- Monitor team performance with regards to KPI and acquisition targets.
- Mentoring, Motivating & coaching sales team to create value & delivery in the sales process
- Scout the market to generate leads for potential clients within assigned territory
- Acting as one stop telecommunication service provider for the assigned territory
- Prepare visit plan for the team, Analyze the business opportunity for SME Market on the given territory
- Prepare and present business opportunities to external key contact points (KCP) and key decision maker (KDM) of SME corporate clients
- Discuss and formulate ESO loyalty program in consultation with Business Partner
- Execute the loyalty program to reduce ESO turnover
- Propose commission structure to the concern for ESO and follow-up timely payment to keep their motivation
- Propose and convince on new business opportunity and expansion plan and follow-up on execution as per plan
- Check and ensure that team maintains minimum stock at all time, Study the psychology of key personnel and adapt attitudes and behavior accordingly
- Provide input to the concern on the clients’ custom requirements and prepare, schedule and present the value proposition accordingly
- Maintain client and segment profiling to analyze the share of wallet in a given segment/territory
- Practice channel management to facilitate achievement of given targets that reflects Significant tactical impact on bringing business, build and maintain strong relationship with key corporate, distributors, SME field force activities etc
- Follow-up with the channel (i.e. corporate accounts, distributors, ESOs, SME accounts, SOHO) for further expansion and new opportunities with new offers for achieving acquisition target
- Identify and penetrate VASs, digital product, ICT like field force tracking, Sales reporting, SMS and voice marketing, Mobile financial service etc. to potential customers
- Ensure targeted revenue from sold connection considered as gross sales
- Identify potential customers and opinion leaders in the territory & Organize engagement activities in the region as necessary
- Maintain enduring relationship with strategically important personnel in the given territory
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity report & other relevant report in the prescribed format
