Additional Requirements

The candidate must have minimum 1 year of working experience in CTVS ICU after the completion of Post Graduation.

Continuously monitor post-operative patients recovering from cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries (CTVS) and coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) procedures.
Assess and manage vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and overall clinical status, ensuring early detection of any complications.
Be prepared to perform advanced medical interventions, such as managing ventilators, administering vasoactive medications, or performing emergency procedures like re-intubation or chest tube insertion in response to patient deterioration.
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive post-operative care.
Participate in daily rounds, discussing patient progress and updating care plans based on the latest clinical information and team input.
Monitor and manage potential complications such as arrhythmias, bleeding, respiratory issues, or cardiac events to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain thorough and accurate medical records of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and clinical observations.
Effectively communicate with patients and their families about the patient’s condition, expected recovery, and any changes in care plans.
Provide clear and concise updates to senior medical staff and ensure all documentation complies with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
