Minimum 3 years of branch-level experience in a permanent role with reputable banks, with the capability to serve as Islamic Banking Window-in-Charge.
Strong understanding of Islamic banking products and services.
Proactive, deadline-driven, and adaptable to geographic relocation.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a team-oriented, growth-minded attitude.
Strong business acumen, established professional network, and excellence in customer relationship management.
Proficient in core banking systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Preference given to candidates with certifications such as CIPA, CSAA, CIBF, CIBFP, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking.

Prime Responsibilities

Consistently achieve and exceed business targets by acquiring high-quality clients and cross-selling Eastern Bankâ€™s financial products.
Proactively manage and grow a sustainable customer portfolio while supporting sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellence in daily operations, delivering services diligently and addressing customer feedback with timely, effective solutions.
Adhere to SLAs and maintain full compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.
Build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and support the development of new Islamic banking products.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line or Branch Manager.
