Education

Responsibilities & Context

  • To monitor & ensure daily, weekly and monthly activity of Resort & Banglows at , Ashulea Savar.
  • Assists in ensuring that standards of service are met by training and mentoring the staff.
  • Close monitoring of Visitor comments in the comment books & follow-up for next steps on regular basis.
  • Monitoring guest check in and check out Monitor visitor’s trend.
  • Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
  • Prepare monthly collection & deposits statement.
  • Prepare monthly receipt & payment statement Conduct market survey on competitor’s activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
  • Ensure comfortable environment Ensure room and furniture neat and clean.
  • Give direction to receptionist, house keeper, room attendant and cleaner Take immediately necessary action if guest has any complain about room service/environment.
  • Maintain profile of potential clients Monitor records of visitors and guests as per prescribe format.
  • Maintain liaison with media & cultural bodies Search for new business opportunities/ developments Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
