Position: Restaurant Manager

πŸ“ Location: City Kebab and Cafe, South Manikdi, ECB Chattar, Dhaka.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant specializing in Turkish, Thai, Chinese, and Bangladeshi cuisine. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • βœ… Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • βœ… Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in line with the standards of diverse cuisines, including Turkish, Thai, Chinese, and Bangladeshi food.
  • βœ… Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • βœ… Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.
  • βœ… Manage inventory and stock levels for ingredients specific to the cuisines served.
  • βœ… Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve menu offerings, and achieve financial targets.
  • βœ… Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain seamless coordination during service.
  • βœ… Create staff rosters and ensure efficient scheduling, especially during peak hours.
  • βœ… Prepare reports on operational performance, sales data, and customer feedback for management review.
  • βœ… Assist in promotional activities and marketing strategies for the restaurant.

Requirements

  • βœ”οΈ Experience: 2+ years of experience managing a restaurant specializing in any of the mentioned cuisines (Turkish, Thai, Chinese, or Bangladeshi food).
  • βœ”οΈ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent will be preferred but not mandatory.
  • βœ”οΈ Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of restaurant management systems or POS software is a plus.
  • βœ”οΈ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Bangla and English.
  • βœ”οΈ Flexibility: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and peak hours as per restaurant demands.
  • βœ”οΈ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
  • βœ”οΈ Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of resolving issues quickly and maintaining operational efficiency.

Knowledge of authentic Turkish, Thai, and Chinese culinary operations will be considered a significant advantage.
