Additional Requirements

Perform all responsibilities as a Restaurant manager
Ensure Restaurant profits by completing the Purchase and sale process trough proper policies
Ensures maximum level of service and satisfaction in the area of Food and Beverage that is achieved and maintained.
Sets goals and priorities for Food and Beverage Manager, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Assists in reviewing food costs to recommends menu changes and price changes.
Constantly assures that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed in order to provide outstanding service to all guests.
Occasionally develops develop promotional plans to obtain long and short-term goals.
Conduct daily or weekly service sales contests.
Menu planning & Banquet arrangement.
Quality check of raw materials and cooked food.
Control of wastages.
Follow food and safety regulations.
Manage on going profitability of the restaurant, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met.
Corporate Client Handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
Assist with selection, training and development of all restaurant team members.
Answers guests inquiries, handle complaints and attend to the needs of the guests. Plan for roasting work.
Work with procurement for ensure supplies of right items.
