Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Dining Restaurant Operation Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure the seamless functioning of our high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fine dining management, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with restaurant standards.
  • Monitor staff performance to maintain quality service and smooth workflows.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Guest Experience:

  • Greet and interact with guests, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor table turnover and reservation systems to optimize seating arrangements.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue projections.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement profit-enhancing strategies.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and end-of-day reconciliations.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s reputation by upholding its brand identity and customer appeal.
