Responsibilities & Context

Sea Perl Hospitality Group is seeking dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisors & Public Relations to oversee the smooth operations of our brand-new fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidates will ensure impeccable service standards, lead and inspire staff, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience aligned with our brand’s prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service flow.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee table management, reservations, and seating arrangements for optimal efficiency.
Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall readiness of the restaurant at all times.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with inventory checks and procurement processes.
Ensure team members adhere to service standards and follow SOPs.
Monitor dining areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Support staff training initiatives to uphold exceptional service quality.
Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and supplies.
Monitor reservations, table arrangements, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the restaurant’s opening and ongoing events.
Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and exclusive experiences.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews on online platforms (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding materials.
