- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff.
- At least 1 year of experience as Waiter/Captain/Team Leader will be preferred.
- Experience in reputed cafe, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Take customer orders and serve food & beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Assist team members in daily restaurant operations.
- Welcoming and seating guests.
- Providing table service and taking food orders.
- Serving food as scheduled.
- Resolving customer needs and complaints appropriately.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and service standards of the restaurant.
- Performing duties as required in both the ground floor and first floor kitchens and dining areas.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
