• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Mail Correspondence.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurants and its facilities.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage the restaurant’s budget and ensure profitability .
