Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across the area.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to store managers.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores.
Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the area.
Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
Monitor and improve store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
Develop and manage the area budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
