Additional Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record in the relevant fields
  • Must have experience in dealing with Government Offices and officials
  • Must have the preparedness to offer the bank’s product, proposition and solutions to the target market
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify the target market and develop new businesses to enrich the bank’s business portfolio and seek growth opportunities
  • Increase the customer base in the Government Relations segment
  • Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in the role
  • Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Ensure high-quality services and responses to customers and stakeholders
  • Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client’s wallet
  • Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
  • Actively participate in digital activation of the customers assigned
  • Communicate with respective business channels or customers to reduce NPL
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through effective customer relationship management
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to recommend improvements in the business process or strategy
